Minnetonka - ah, the city of...boating, Maynards, moccasins, and the General Store! We are so lucky to have found our house without going too far away from the city. Built in 1955, it was remodeled in 2007 but could still use a little bit of TLC in certain areas. The little two story bungalo style home features four bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), one office, three bathrooms, and an adorable little mudroom! What sold us: location, french doors, updated kitchen, patio, master bath, master closet, wet bar in basement, picture window, yard, and, of course the hard wood floors!
